The directory does not replace registration checks, referrals, emergency services, medical advice or a clinician's individual suitability assessment.
Identity information must be confirmed, not guessed.
Race, ethnicity, nationality, language and communication preferences should be supplied or explicitly confirmed by the doctor or clinic. They should never be inferred from a name, photograph, accent or third-party assumption.
